Hmm, well this all started when i was gunna upload some crappy scrappy thingers...that i like XD I was looking at them and thought hey, i might as well give 'em something cute to look at. And so i was like "DEER O-O" Weeeeell, i tried doing it in paint, but that looked shitty. So then i was like, time to quickly doodle in Open Canvas 
! But then i got absorbed in it....and here it is. I was gunna do the whole body and eveything, but OP crapped out and this is all i could save :[
Anywho'z, her name is Lou, which means radish in chinese. I don't know how to pronouce her name [Chinese @.@] so we'll just call her Lou as in 'Louie' withought the 'ie'
